Frequently Asked Questions

This is also known as Available Supply Capacity and measures the maximum amount of power a property can use from our network in kilo-Volt-Amps (kVA) at any one time.
There is no cost to reduce your capacity because it does not require any physical works. It is carried out by a contractual agreement with your electricity supplier.
Your KVA charge is usually on your bill within the third party charges section. But if you are not able to fine it, speak to one of our team for assistance.
We recommend yearly, but at the point you are reviewing your electricity contracts. Also, if you acquire new machines or are in the process of business expansion.
